Gravitoria BV

Expertise that moves people, performance and organisations forward.

Gravitoria BV brings together specialised activities within two core areas of expertise: People & Wellbeing and Technology & Organisation.

Each domain is supported by its own specialised team and can operate independently. At the same time, significant additional value is created where these two areas meet: combining human expertise with data, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and governance.

This allows us not only to guide and advise, but also to help make performance and processes measurable, transparent, manageable and structurally improvable.

People & Wellbeing

Within People & Wellbeing, Gravitoria combines expertise in sport, coaching and nutrition within one specialised team.

Our services are aimed at elite athletes, sports teams, sports federations, businesses and other organisations. Where relevant, we combine human expertise and personal guidance with data and technology.

Sports Performance & Performance Coaching

For elite athletes, teams, sports federations and sports organisations

We support individual elite athletes, teams and sports organisations in monitoring, developing and improving performance.

Our approach goes beyond physical performance alone. Training, recovery, workload, coaching, nutrition and other relevant factors together create the environment in which performance develops.

Depending on the requirements, we work directly with individual athletes and teams or support sports federations and organisations in professionalising their performance policies and support programmes.

Through collaboration with our technology team, data from different sources can be combined to provide a better understanding of performance and development. Digitalisation and AI can help identify patterns and trends, while an appropriate governance layer establishes clear frameworks around data use, access, responsibilities, decision-making and the use of AI.

Technology supports the expertise of coaches, sports professionals and organisations — it does not replace it.

Nutrition, Health & Sustainable Employability

For sports performance and healthy, high-performing organisations

Nutrition is closely linked to both physical and mental performance and therefore forms an important part of our People & Wellbeing activities.

Within a sports environment, nutritional guidance can be integrated with training, coaching, recovery and performance monitoring. This allows nutrition to be managed as part of a broader performance programme and adjusted where appropriate.

For businesses and organisations, we focus on the relationship between nutrition, health and performance in the workplace. Through targeted guidance and programmes, we support employees in developing sustainable nutritional habits while helping organisations create healthier working environments.

Areas of focus may include supporting health and sustainable employability, helping reduce health-related absenteeism and promoting energy, concentration and productivity.

Technology can also provide an important supporting layer. Digital processes can make programmes more scalable and easier to monitor, while data and AI can help organisations gain insight into developments and outcomes. Governance provides clear frameworks around privacy, data use, accountability and human decision-making.

Technology & Organisation

Within Technology & Organisation, a specialised team supports businesses and organisations in improving processes and addressing challenges at the intersection of ICT, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and governance.

Technology is not a goal in itself. We start from the organisation, its processes and its objectives, and determine where technology can simplify, automate, support or structurally improve the way it operates.

Process Optimisation, Digitalisation & Automation

From existing processes to an efficient and digitally supported organisation

We analyse existing processes and identify how they can be made more efficient, simpler and easier to manage.

We combine process optimisation with digitalisation, automation, data and, where relevant, artificial intelligence.

Rather than looking at technology in isolation, we consider the complete chain: people, processes, information, responsibilities and systems.

The result is digitalisation that supports the actual operations and objectives of the organisation.

ICT & AI Governance

Using technology and AI responsibly, effectively and with control

The rapid development of ICT and artificial intelligence creates new opportunities while also introducing new responsibilities and risks.

We support organisations in establishing controlled frameworks for ICT and AI, covering strategy, policy, responsibilities, risks, data, decision-making and governance.

We combine technical expertise with an understanding of business processes and organisational structures.

The key question is therefore not only what technology makes possible, but where it creates demonstrable value and under which conditions it can be deployed responsibly.

Where People & Wellbeing and Technology come together

Gravitoria's strength lies not only within each individual area of expertise, but also in the synergy between them.

Our expertise in sport, coaching and nutrition provides knowledge about human performance and health. Our expertise in process optimisation, digitalisation, data, AI and governance provides the tools to structure, monitor, analyse, manage and improve that knowledge at scale.

Within sport, this can mean combining training, recovery, nutrition and performance data to provide coaches and sports professionals with better insight into the development of an athlete or team.

Within organisations, the same approach can be used to make programmes around nutrition, health and sustainable employability measurable and manageable.

AI can support the identification of patterns and the development of new insights. Process optimisation ensures that these insights become part of a practical way of working. Governance establishes the framework within which data, technology and AI are used responsibly.
